Push Out

Stand straight on the floor. Lose your knees. Now bend over from your waist at the same time pushing out air from your lungs. Then gradually return to your position with inhaling equal amount of air. Next fill your lungs with oxygen according to its capacity. Hold your breath for at least twenty seconds. If are not comfortable with twenty seconds then you can reduce the time according to your choice. At that time raise your arms over head straight. Now lower your arms and exhale slowly. Practise this whole exercise at least four times a day.

Abdominal Extending

Lie down on your back. Place your on hand on your abdomen and the other on the chest. Now slowly and deeply breathe in from your mid-section of the belly. Now raise your hand higher than the other one. Exhale slowly form your mouth. Inhale through the nose and hold your breath for few seconds. You can count it seven. Now exhale full breath counting eight. Squash your abdominal muscles as much as possible and exhale full air from the body. Breathe for five times this way and complete the cycle.

Stand straight and breathe out all your air from the body. Gently breathe in with increasing your lungs maximum capacity. Now grasp the air for 20 seconds. Simultaneously place your hands on the hips. Gradually release the air and repeat this exercise for about three times.

Sit down on the chair with straight back. Place your hands on your stomach. Take deep breath with the nose and enlarge your stomach not the chest. Try to feel this with your hand. Now exhale from your mouth and repeat this exercise as much as you can throughout the day.

This one is another very effective breathing exercise with partially close your lips. Exhale against pursed-lips creates conflict and pressure in the airways. For instance, try to blowout a candle with pursed-lips with arm length distance. After that increase your distance and blow out the candle. Practice this process continuously until you no longer blow out the candle.
