1. Press Up
This is the simplest of the exercises. The way it should be done is, stand facing the wall with legs apart, the feet should be a bit away from the wall and the hands should be aligned with the shoulders. The body should lean forward and push back bending the elbows slightly. This has to be done 15 times.
2. Cobra Pose Exercise
The first step for this exercise is to lie on the stomach and the legs should be kept straight. The feet should be kept in such a way that the soles face upwards. Slowly the head and the trunk should be lifted till the navel and should be in this position for about 30 seconds. Then return to the original position. This should be repeated a minimum of 15 times.
3. Shoulder Stand Exercise
One should lie straight on their back. Slowly the feet should be lifted upwards towards the roof and the legs should be brought over the head. This is a very good exercise for breast sagging as well as to strengthen the back. Beginners are not allowed to do this except under the supervision of an expert.
4. Chest Press
This exercise is done with the help of an exercise ball. Lie down on the floor and keep the keep the feet flat. Holding a water bottle or the exercise ball one must lift their arms and brought back to the chest. This has to be repeated at least 15 times.
5. Chest Fly Exercise
One should lie on the ground or on the exercise ball and with the help of dumbbells or water bottle should stretch both the arms to the sides. This exercise should be repeated minimum 15 times.
