Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
Take a dumbbell in your left hand. Your right hand has to be on a chair or a bench just in front of you. You can bend from your hips and be in an arched position. Keep your feet hip width apart. The dumbbell needs to hang just at your arms length.
Your arms should face towards your body. Be in this position for 10 seconds and get back to your starting position. Keep repeating 3-4 times.
Swiss Ball Roll Out
You need a Swiss ball for this exercise. Sit on your knees and then place your fists on this Swiss ball. You will have to extend yourself slowly outwards and then again pull your body inwards. This exercise needs to be performed in three sets. Each set should be of 7-8 repetitions. Once you are done with the first set you can take rest for 60 seconds before you repeat again.
Tricep Toning Exercise
Stand tall and hold a dumbbell just above your head. Use both your hands to hold the dumbbell strongly. Your inner arms should be positioned in such a way so that they are very close to your ears. Keep this upper arm alignment throughout your exercising time. Bend your elbows and inhale.
Drop your wrists behind and let them be towards your shoulder blades. Your back should not hit the dumbbell – be careful or you might hurt yourself. Inhale while you extend your arms backup. This exercise needs to be repeated 12- 14 times. You can do this in sets of 3.
Simple Push Ups
Do not ignore pushups if you are looking forward to lose armpit fat. Lie on the floor keeping your palms at shoulder level. Your body weight needs to rest on your toes and palms.
