You will need to get in the ‘up’ section of the push-up. Now, bend your elbows 90 degrees and lower your chest.You will now left foot and right hand while you rotate your upper body towards the left side. You can bring your left knee just across the body towards the right armpit.You can pivot right foot and then keep rotating your torso till you are face side up. You will now lift your hips till your torso assumes a tabletop position. Lift your left hand and slowly your right foot. Your upper body will be rotating to right and then pivoting on left side.
Opposite Arm And Leg Lift
You will be on all fours while doing your exercises. Start by reaching out your right arm forward while stretching your left leg back slowly.
