You can literally go for Fish, if you get bored with chicken and turkey. Fish has lean protein which is essential for bodybuilding and it should be put on top 1 list in your diet. Since fish is not that easily affordable, you can take it in less quantities and you can even buy in bulk when it’s on sale.

Carbohydrates are also important to gain mass and potatoes are considered to be good source of it. It is indeed the cheapest and most available food in market. All you need to do is put some potatoes in a bowl and boil them to eat it happily.
You can also go with sweet potatoes also and 26 grams of carbohydrates is present in one full potato. Since bodybuilders require large amounts of calories for muscle development, they often rely on potatoes throughout the day.
Timing & Meal Intake
Instead of taking 2-3 large meals, it’s suggested to eat 5-6 times a day in proportional quantities. And constantly taking more proteins is not advisable, it will only get your fat. Your meal shoulder include a mixture of proteins, carbohydrates type of food. You should start your first meal with 9 oz pieces of lean beef and 2 hard boiled eggs along with some veggies.
Before going to workout, you can have chicken breast along with fish & baked potatoes. Immediately after working out, you can take some protein shakes or whey protein to aid muscle cell repair. And your next meal should again include 12 oz pieces of turkey along with lean beef and handsome amounts of beans .
Your last meal should consist of fish and poultry in moderate amounts and before going to bed take proteins shakes like whey protein, such that your body is in continuous supply with proteins all night until your tomorrow first meal.
