Alternating Abduction Squats
Start by placing a stability ball ( weighted) at least a foot in front. You can use a Swiss ball for the purpose too. You can then raise your right leg and then gently touch the top section of the ball. You need to use your foot to slowly swipe the ball towards the right, as you slowly land with your feet. Your feet should be at least shoulder width apart. Repeat as many times you are comfortable.
Squatting
A common exercise for weight and cellulite reduction. You should start by bending from your knees and lowering your body. Your thighs should be totally parallel to the floor.

You can now gently push yourself to the standing position. Once done, you need to repeat the process for the other side.
Single-Leg Supine Hip Extension
Start by lying down on your back. Your arms will be out to your side. Knees should be bent and left leg will be straight. Slowly raise your left leg above the floor – just a few inches or as much as comfortable.

If possible, you need to lift it till it gets in line with your right thigh. You need to raise your hips upwards now.

This will form a straight line from the knees to your shoulder. Pause for some time and then slowly get back to where you started. You need to do a set and then again switch your legs. Repeat.
Brazilian Lunge
Start by standing with your left foot around 3 feet in front your right foot. Your right foot should be resting on a sturdy chair or a bench. Now slowly bend your knees so that you get into a lounge. Your left knee will be at ninety degrees. Your right knee should be lowered towards the floor.

Now you can raise your body up but do not move your feet. You can do at least 15 repetition for each leg.
Goblet Squats
An effective exercise to get rid of cellulite, which can be done at any time of the day. You need to hold something heavy close to your chest. Squat for 2 minutes at a time. Doing this 10 times in a day at different intervals of time is highly effective.
Hip Bridge
Start by lying on your back on an even surface. Your knees should be bent. Your feet should be on the floor. Now, raise your hips slowly. Your chest, hips and knees should be in a straight line. Start to squeeze your butt muscles. Keep your knees in perfect line with your hips. Hold this position for at least 4 seconds and then start to lower your hips to get back to the start position. This can be repeated 15 times for best results.If you do any one or all of the above exercises in variation and on a regular basis, you will be able to get rid of cellulite.
