Top Exercises to Lose Fat Fast
You need to do this exercise routine at least 3 times a week
Do jumping jacks for at least 45 seconds.
Do step ups with the left foot first for 45 seconds and then repeat with the right foot for 45 seconds. You can use a foot stool or a bench or just stairs.
Do sprint intervals by running fast for 45 seconds and then walking for 45 seconds and then do slow jogging for 45 seconds. Repeat all 3 of these 45 second and 3 sets.
Do squat sit ups for 45 seconds.
Repeat with jumping jacks for 45 seconds.

Stand as if in a boxing stance with your elbows bent and your fists curled in a ball. Now start jogging lightly in place. Do 45 seconds of this and then start jabbing the air with your fists in front of you, one at a time.
Next, jab a straight punch with your left arm, whilst keeping your right arm bent as the left foot is in front. Then punch with the right with the right foot forward. Make sure to bring your shoulder with which you are punching forward every time you jab.
Place either two water bottles or any two objects about 10 ft ahead of you and about 3 feet apart. Quickly run around them making a figure eight. Go back to the starting position which is 10 ft away and repeat this. Try and do these at least 5 times, then rest for 45 seconds and try and do another 5.
3 Minute Interval Jog
Do a 3 minute jog, if you have no space to run, you can do a jog standing in place, then do a 45 second very high intensity jog, and then go back to your slow jog for 3 minutes. Repeat this as much as you can or until time permits. Doing this even for around just 20 minutes every day will burn fat quickly.
Jumping rope is one of the easiest and fastest ways of burning fat. Do 10 slow jumps and 10 fast jumps and keep alternating. Even 10 minutes of this every day works wonders.
Sweep Fat Away
Grab a broom or a walking stick. Hold it at the back of your head with both hands resting comfortably on the stick or broom. Slowly lean to the right and then to the left. You should feel the burn in your sides as you do this.
Sit and Bend
Sit on a mat with legs and back straight. Keep your hands on the thighs. Now breathe in and while breathing take your hands up. Next breath out and bring your hands down, bend and try to touch your toes with your fingers. It would be difficult in the beginning because of the fat in your abdomen, but after some days you will be able to touch your toes.
