Lifting Too Light A Weight

This is one of the most common mistakes that most women make. Most women think that if they start exercising with a little bit of heavy weights, they will start growing huge muscles which will make them look ugly and manly.


However, this is absolutely untrue as without that kind of testosterone levels in the body, women simply cannot grow gigantic muscles. A woman should lift enough weights to challenge their body and increase their strength.

Lifting Too Heavy A Weight

Without keeping their current level of strength in mind, many people lift very weights, much more than they should. If you lift heavier weight than you actually should, it can result in incorrect posture and cause severe injury to the body part which is being worked on. It is always better to maintain good form while exercising with lighter weights instead of owning a poor form with heavier weights.

Improper Form

Maintain correct posture and form is very important for a person working out in the gym. Without correct form or posture, no matter how much you exercise, you will never truly reap the benefits of the exercise you do.

Even if you do 2 sets instead of 4 and that too with fewer repetitions but maintain the correct posture, it will do a world of good to you.

You should do a variety of exercises every day so that your body gets a total workout and keep changing your routine to keep that energy and enthusiasm going.
